Acceptable Use Policy

Effective October 19, 2026.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Terms of Service for Zombie Trend AI Video. It applies to uploads, prompts, settings, generated videos, and any use of the Service. For the model and current safety information, see AI generation and safety information.

Rules for all content

Do not upload photos of public figures, celebrities, politicians, or influencers.

You may submit only content you have the rights to use. Do not upload an image of a minor. If an upload includes a recognizable adult, it must be your own image or you must have that person's clear permission for the upload and specific AI processing. Permission to upload does not permit content prohibited below.

You must not use the Service to create, request, upload, distribute, or help others create any of the following.

1. Pornographic or sexual content

Pornography, nudity intended to be sexual, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, or sexualized content involving a real person are prohibited. This includes nudifying or digitally removing clothing from a real person.

2. Graphic violence, gore, or animal cruelty

Graphic injury, exposed internal tissue or muscle, gore, dismemberment, torture, animal cruelty, encouragement of real-world harm, and content that celebrates unlawful violence are prohibited. A non-graphic fictional scene may show an implied threat, a character lowering an unfired weapon, or a safe tumble without injury. The actual visible result and context determine whether an output is graphic or otherwise prohibited.

Fictional horror effects are not evidence of actual injury or animal abuse. Pallor, dirt, dishevelled hair or fur, and cloudy white eyes do not by themselves establish such harm. These distinctions do not represent payment-provider approval of a particular template or output.

3. Hate or discriminatory abuse

Content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, incites violence against, or harasses a person or group because of a protected characteristic is prohibited.

4. Child sexual abuse material and child exploitation

Any sexualized, exploitative, or abusive content involving a minor is prohibited. You may not upload, generate, request, distribute, or attempt to evade controls for such material. Photos of anyone under 18 are prohibited in the Service.

5. Non-consensual or deceptive synthetic depictions and impersonation

Consenting private adults may use the built-in templates to create a non-sexual fictional AI scene, including a non-sexual embrace or kiss on the head, if every recognizable adult gave clear permission for that specific AI processing and the result is not presented as an authentic recording.

You may not create or distribute a synthetic depiction without the recognizable adult's permission, make a person appear to be someone else, deceptively attribute speech, conduct, an endorsement, evidence, or a real event to a person, or use the result for fraud, harassment, or humiliation. Face swaps, nudification, sexualization, pornography, and sexual deepfakes involving a real person are prohibited even if consent is claimed. Public figures, celebrities, politicians, influencers, and minors may not be used.

6. Copyright, trademark, and other rights infringement

Do not use protected characters, footage, logos, brand identifiers, music, images, or other material without the rights needed for your intended use. Do not use the Service to mislead others about a brand affiliation, endorsement, or source.

Other prohibited conduct

You must not use the Service for fraud, scams, false evidence, harassment, threats, unlawful activity, malware, attacks on the Service, evasion of safety controls, account or credit resale, payment manipulation, or any violation of law or third-party rights.

Review limits and enforcement

Production generations require administrator approval of inputs before submission to KIE and approval of outputs before delivery. Approval and rejection decisions are recorded. Review records identify the stage, outcome, reviewer, and time. The Service does not currently use automated semantic content scanning. Manual review and a review record do not guarantee a complete or frame-by-frame assessment or detection of every harmful item. Review does not make prohibited content permitted, and you remain responsible for your use.

When we reasonably believe a violation, legal risk, or safety concern may exist, we may reject an upload, decline submission, stop local processing, or withhold delivery, remove content, limit features, restrict or suspend an account, preserve relevant records, or report suspected unlawful activity when required or permitted by law. We assess action based on the information available; we do not promise an outcome or response time.

Stopping local processing or deleting a creation does not cancel a task already accepted by KIE or automatically delete its copies.

Reporting and appeals

To report suspected prohibited content or a rights issue, email support@zombietrendai.video with the URL or job ID, the reason for the report, and your relationship to the affected content or right. Do not attach, send, or forward unlawful content. We may investigate, restrict, remove, or notify affected users as appropriate.

If you believe we acted in error, reply to the enforcement notice or contact support with the relevant URL or job ID and an explanation. We may review the decision using the information available.

Personal data used for reports and reviews is described in our Privacy Policy. Enforcement does not automatically forfeit lawfully purchased credits or remove mandatory consumer rights.
