Terms of Service | Zombie Trend AI Video

Effective October 17, 2026.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Zombie Trend AI Video at zombietrendai.video (the “Service,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account, uploading content, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is not intended for children, and photos of anyone under 18 may not be uploaded.

What the Service does

Zombie Trend AI Video uses the Wan 3.0 video model through the KIE API to create a short, fictional zombie story from two reference photos. The available story, duration, aspect ratio, resolution, audio treatment, credit cost, and other features are the ones shown when you submit a generation request.

AI generation is probabilistic. A result may contain visual errors, unexpected changes, inaccurate movements, or faces and clothing that do not match the reference photos. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, a specific creative result, uninterrupted availability, or a particular completion time. Review a result carefully before downloading, publishing, or relying on it.

Accounts and security

You may register with email and password or use Google sign-in when available. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

You may not create multiple accounts to evade credit, moderation, purchase, or security limits. We may rate-limit, restrict, or suspend accounts where needed to protect users, the Service, or third parties.

Before each generation, you must confirm that every recognizable person in the photos is an adult and has agreed to this use. By uploading content, you represent that:

you own the content or have all permissions needed to upload and process it;
every recognizable person is at least 18 and has consented to appear in the requested AI video;
the content does not feature a public figure, celebrity, politician, or influencer;
your use does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights; and
the content and intended use are lawful.

You retain the rights you have in your uploads. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, transmit, review, and process them only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested generation, operate content and security reviews, store and deliver the result, provide support, and comply with law. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for limited copies or records that must remain temporarily with service providers or for security, dispute, accounting, or legal purposes.

Your uploads and creations are private to your account by default. We will not publish them in a gallery or use them in marketing without separate permission.

Prohibited use

You may not use or attempt to use the Service to:

depict or sexualize a minor, or upload any image of a minor;
create pornography, nudity, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate content;
impersonate, defame, harass, threaten, exploit, or deceive anyone;
create political persuasion, fraud, scams, false evidence, or a misleading representation that a real person performed an actual act;
target a public figure or use a person’s image without consent;
create graphic gore, real-world threats, hateful or discriminatory content, or instructions for wrongdoing;
infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
upload malware, attack the Service, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape private data, reverse engineer protected systems, or bypass technical safeguards;
resell accounts or credits, manipulate payments, abuse refunds, or evade usage limits; or
use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

The fixed story may include fictional, non-graphic zombie peril. That does not permit threats, targeted abuse, graphic violence, or misleading real-world use.

Review and enforcement

Uploads and outputs may be subject to automated or human review. We may reject an upload, stop a generation, withhold an output for review, remove content, or restrict an account when we reasonably believe these Terms, another person’s rights, or law may have been violated. We may preserve relevant records or report suspected illegal activity when required or permitted by law.

If someone used your image or other protected material without permission, email support@zombietrendai.video with a description of the content, your relationship to it, and the action requested.

Generated videos

Subject to these Terms and third-party rights, you may use and share the videos generated for you. You are responsible for how you publish and describe them, including labeling AI-generated content where a platform or applicable law requires it and obtaining any music, footage, trademark, or other rights needed for your use.

Outputs may resemble content produced for other users and may not qualify for copyright or other exclusive protection in every jurisdiction. We do not grant rights in any third-party material that may appear in an output.

Credits, prices, and expiration

Credits are sold as one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The current packs are:

Single: US$9.90 for 200 credits;
Starter: US$19.90 for 600 credits; and
Creator: US$29.90 for 1,000 credits.

A 480p generation currently costs 100 credits and a 720p HD generation costs 200 credits. The checkout and generation screens control if a displayed price or cost differs. Taxes and payment-method charges, if any, are shown at checkout.

Each purchased credit lot expires 12 calendar months after it is posted to your account. Each purchase has its own expiration date; a later purchase does not extend earlier credits. The Service uses the credits that expire first. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

If our system records a technical generation failure, charged credits are returned automatically to the original credit lot and keep that lot’s original expiration date. Credits returned after that date expire immediately. A creative result you dislike, an imperfect likeness, or deletion after provider processing begins is not by itself a technical failure or an automatic refund.

Payments and cash refunds

Waffo handles checkout as the payment platform and may act as merchant of record. Waffo may collect billing, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and receipt information under its own buyer terms and privacy policy. We receive transaction status, amounts, currency, order and payment identifiers, and refund information, but we do not directly receive or store full card numbers.

Cash-refund rights depend on applicable law, the state of the purchased credit lot, and the payment provider’s rules. Contact support@zombietrendai.video from your account email with the order details. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Initiating an unsupported chargeback or payment dispute may place the related credits and account under review while the transaction is investigated.

Storage and deletion

Media is stored for limited periods described in our Privacy Policy. Keep your own copy of anything you want to retain. Deleting a creation revokes access from your account, but removal from operational records or a third-party provider may not be immediate. An input used by another undeleted creation may remain until that other creation no longer needs it.

Third-party services

The Service relies on providers including Cloudflare for infrastructure, Google for optional sign-in, KIE for AI generation, and Waffo for payments. Their availability and processing may affect the Service, and your direct use of their pages or services may also be governed by their terms.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features and supported models. We may also update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where required, additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated violation, a security risk, fraud, nonpayment, legal requirement, or a serious threat to others. Sections that by their nature should survive—such as payment records, ownership, disclaimers, and dispute-related provisions—remain effective after termination.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.

General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent needed and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of the Service, subject to applicable law.

These Terms do not select a governing law or court where doing so would override mandatory protections that apply to you. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support so we can try to resolve the issue.

The English version is the controlling version to the extent permitted by law. Translations are provided for convenience.
