AI Generation Disclosure
Models, synthetic content, limitations, and current content-safety controls
Updated October 19, 2026.
Zombie Trend AI Video is an independently operated product at zombietrendai.video. This disclosure complements our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Policy. It is not a certification of payment-provider approval.
Model and provider
The current story-generation integration requests Wan 3.0 through KIE,
using the provider model identifier wan/3-0-video. Both 480p and HD (720p)
use that integration. These names describe our configured provider and model;
we do not claim to have created the underlying model or to be an official
product of, or endorsed by, its developer, KIE, or a payment network.
The generation request includes two uploaded reference images, a system-written story prompt, and the selected output settings. Reference-image conditioning is intended to influence appearance; it does not authenticate identity, verify consent, or guarantee an exact likeness. Current templates request approximately 26 seconds for Couple and 24 seconds for Pet. Model output length, movements, appearance, and sound can vary.
Synthetic images, video, and sound
Generated people, animals, settings, actions, and sounds are synthetic. A realistic appearance does not establish that an event occurred or that a person participated in it. Do not use a result as evidence, a real endorsement, or an authentic recording of someone. Label AI-generated content when sharing it and follow the destination platform's disclosure rules. Do not remove disclosures to mislead viewers.
The current requests enable model-generated audio and ask for nonverbal voices, animal sounds, and environmental effects, without dialogue or background music. This is a generation instruction, not a guarantee of perfect synchronization or of the absence of unintended sounds. The current generation request does not include a source movie or its soundtrack, and no voice recording is requested from the user. Adding music in TikTok, Reels, or another editor requires rights appropriate to the intended use; a song's popularity is not a license.
Public examples are labeled AI-generated. Their reference images and fictional scenes are examples, not promises of identical results. Private uploads and creations are not approved for public marketing simply because they were submitted for generation; separate permission is required.
Uploads and permitted uses
Only upload material you own or are entitled to process. Any real-person material must be your own or have that adult's express permission for the specific use. Material depicting minors and public figures is not accepted. Permission alone does not make a prohibited use acceptable.
Our Acceptable Use Policy permits consenting private adults to use the built-in templates for non-sexual fictional AI scenes when every recognizable adult has given clear permission for that specific processing and the result is not presented as authentic. It prohibits pornography, sexual deepfakes, non-consensual synthetic depictions, deceptive impersonation or attribution, graphic violence and gore, hate, child exploitation, and copyright or trademark infringement. Public figures remain ineligible. A selectable template is not permission to violate these rules.
Fictional story and effects
The templates are intended for non-sexual, fictional emotional storytelling. They do not request sex acts. They generate imagery rather than record real injury or real animal abuse. This describes the creative intent, not a promise that every output meets a payment provider's rules.
The current Couple request is approximately 26 seconds and includes a fictional embrace from behind and one kiss on the top of the head. These are intended as non-sexual gestures between consenting adults. A particular output may omit or alter a requested action.
The current Pet request is approximately 24 seconds. Its infected-pet styling uses cloudy white eyes, dirt or grime, and damp or matted fur while preserving the pet's natural anatomy and markings. It expressly excludes rotting or exposed flesh, wounds, bites, blood, gore, and visible injury. A generated result can still differ from the prompt and must be reviewed based on what is actually visible.
Current safety controls and their limits
The application checks file format, size, and technical validity, requires consent confirmation before a generation task is submitted, uses fixed story prompts, and has administrative input/output review controls and review records. Technical file checks are not semantic content review. A checkbox is not independent age or identity verification.
The production Wan workflow requires administrator approval of the inputs before generation and of the stored output before delivery. Those decisions are recorded. This is a manual approval workflow, not an automated prompt or video safety scanner; a recorded approval alone does not prove how thoroughly the material was inspected. We do not claim a 24-hour moderation team, complete detection of harmful material, perfect identity or scene consistency, a fixed completion time, or payment-provider certification.
After submission, task status and any approved finished video appear in My Creations. If a request is delayed or an expected result is missing, contact support@zombietrendai.video from your account email with the job ID. We do not promise a particular response or resolution time.
Reviewing a report can involve authorized access to the relevant uploads, prompts, results, and task records, as described in the Privacy Policy. Reports and appeals go to support@zombietrendai.video; the process is set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Payment-provider status
Live checkout is not currently enabled. If checkout becomes available, the planned integration uses Stripe Checkout as a standard payment processor, not as merchant of record. Stripe's website checklist calls for clear product, currency, contact, delivery, refund, privacy, and payment-security information. Stripe also publishes prohibited and restricted business rules, including rules for pornography and material designed for sexual gratification, illegal or infringing services, deceptive practices, and some content platforms or stored-value products. We must comply with applicable rules, but publishing these policies, operating manual review, or later making checkout available does not establish Stripe approval or endorsement.
